Chili Snack Mix:
3 cups Premium Mini Saltine Crackers
1 can (11.5 oz.) Planters Mixed Nuts
3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Makes 5 cups
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine crackers and nuts in large bowl. Mix butter and seasonings. Drizzle over cracker mixture, toss to coat.
- Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
- Bake 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 min. Cool.
- Makes 5 Cups or 20 servings.
For a burst of flavor, add 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper(cayenne) to cracker mixture along with the other seasonings.

1 ½ cups fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup fat free vanilla ice cream
1 cup 1% milk
4 large strawberries
½ cup canned peaches
6 maraschino cherries
1 cup fat free vanilla ice cream
1 cup 1% milk

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
2 bananas
7 large strawberries
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
1 ½ cups chocolate syrup
7 large strawberries
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
1 ½ cups chocolate syrup
- For either smoothie: In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
